Description:
We are recruiting a number of Clinical Support Representatives across Australia.As an Orthopaedic Clinical Support Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting surgeons and clinical staff in the operating theatre during orthopaedic procedures.
This position requires a combination of clinical knowledge, technical understanding of orthopaedic implants and instruments, and excellent interpersonal skills to provide hands-on support, training, and education to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intra-operative clinical support to surgeons and theatre teams during orthopaedic surgeries.
- Educate and train clinical staff on the use and application of orthopaedic products and surgical techniques.
- Build strong relationships with hospital personnel, including orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, and procurement staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues in the theatre to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Maintain expert knowledge of product portfolio, surgical techniques, and competitive landscape.
Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Allied Health or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as Allied Health professional (Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath).
- Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel within the territory and work flexible hours based on surgical schedules.
Over the last 10 years we have worked with allied health professionals to make the transition into an orthopaedic medical devices role.
