In this rewarding position, you’ll work with NDIS and private clients across the lifespan or specialize in your preferred age group. You’ll address communication and swallowing challenges, speech delays, language development, and other areas to help clients thrive in their daily lives at home, school, or in the community.
Your responsibilities will also include:

• Delivering evidence-based, neuroaffirming therapy to clients.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members while contributing to project work.
• Balancing a reduced clinical caseload with leadership and mentoring duties.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Minimum 4+ years relevant experience
• SPA membership
• Drivers license and vehicle
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
