Description:

Leading provider of allied health services across Geelong, Colac, and Warrnambool. They have expanded from OT to a range of services, including equine therapy, driving assessments, and multidisciplinary autism evaluations. With a focus on supporting local professionals they are renowned for their staff retention and innovative approaches to therapy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team leading the way in allied health care. Based primarily in Geelong, you’ll have the option to work in Colac one day per week or fortnight. The Speech Pathology team is led by a highly experienced professional with over 10 years experience and a strong commitment to holistic training.
New graduates are welcome, with structured supervision, shared resources, and no KPIs for the first 2–3 months to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
The Benefits:
  • Salary ranging from $80K - $110K + superannuation
  • External PD budget ranges from $15000 - $3000 annually
  • Extra paid professional development, including attendance at the SPA conference with the Speech Pathology team

  • Supportive onboarding process with weekly supervision
  • 2–3 months of no KPIs, transitioning to manageable targets (21 billables/week)

About the role:
  • Provide high-quality clinic, school and community-based speech assessments and therapy
  • See clients across the lifespan with clients from a wide variety of referral streams including NDIS, private and more
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists and psychologists for holistic care for clients
  • New clinic space in Geelong fully equipped with a sensory space, multiple clinic rooms and great therapy resources
  • Clinic spaces also based across Colac and Warrnambool
  • Opportunity to participate in visits to Swan Hill, Mildura or Warrnambool assisting clients in need and doing team building activities
Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Drivers license and vehicle
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
