About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting injured claimants to achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Your holistic approach will help clients regain their functional performance and support a successful recovery journey. Working in a fast-paced environment aligned with core values of quality, customer service, outcomes, and teamwork, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Managing cases and coordinating rehabilitation services
  • Conducting worksite assessments and identifying return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones
  • Applying clinical expertise and injury management knowledge to perform assessments and facilitate client recovery
  • Engaging with stakeholders such as insurance providers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
  • Developing personalised, whole-of-person rehabilitation plans
  • Implementing effective early intervention strategies
  • Presenting case information and credible recommendations to stakeholders to support positive outcomes
What You Need to Succeed
  • A tertiary qualification and current registration with a relevant professional body (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, or Rehabilitation Counselling)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
