The Role:
Our Tullamarine hub is seeking a motivated Warehouse Storeperson to support our Melbourne branches.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, load, and unload orders accurately to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to manage stock movement and warehouse logistics
- Stock Management: Receive and organise stock efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory levels to support seamless order processing
- Site Deliveries: Make occasional deliveries to local customers, ensuring great customer service
- Growth Potential: Opportunity to develop into a leadership role, transition into sales, or thrive long-term in a stable warehouse storeperson position
- Location: Full-time role based in Tullamarine, Melbourne. Free onsite parking available
About You:
- Experience: Previous warehousing and forklift experience is essential
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated: You’re able to manage your own time and tasks without needing constant direction
- Detail-oriented: You ensure accuracy in stock control and order fulfillment, maintaining high standards
- Physically Capable: You’re comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting and handling oversized materials
- Licenses: Driver's license and forklift license are essential. MR (Medium Rigid) truck license is ideal
- Working Rights: Australian/NZ citizen or resident
