About the role
You will be responsible for managing clinical placement administrative activities, coordinating with key stakeholders, and maintaining accurate placement tracking systems. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of the clinical placement program, ensuring a positive student experience
Key Responsibilities- Schedule meetings, prepare documentation such as compiling reports, correspondence, submissions, statistical summaries and data sets,
- Support the Clinical Education team with the management and review of policies, procedures, guidelines and forms and collaborate with other university departments.
- Provide timely replies for enquiries from students, staff, and external partners.
- Coordinate and manage clinical placements for students, ensuring alignment with curriculum and accreditation standards.
- Liaise with healthcare providers and industry partners to establish and maintain placement agreements and foster positive relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and University stakeholders.
- Organise events and workshops, including orientations and training sessions.
- Degree, or Advanced Diploma with 1 year of work experience, or Diploma with a minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience, or; Certificate IV with extensive work experience in Administration or a Clinical Setting.
- Demonstrated competency of the Microsoft Office suite as well as the capacity to learn in-house administrative database systems.
- Ability to work independently and across multifunctional teams, showing initiative and a solution-focused approach and providing a high level and responsive service.
- Proven record of preparing high quality documentation with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Sensitivity to and recognition of dealing with confidential information.
