We’re looking for a commercially sharp, proactive Finance Business Partner to support a range of critical Group Operations projects. From supply chain to systems, you’ll bring financial clarity to complex initiatives—ensuring we stay aligned to our goals, our budgets, and our purpose.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee financial tracking and forecasting across a portfolio of operational projects
• Review and advise on business cases, ensuring spend aligns with strategic priorities
• Build and maintain robust Excel models (cashflow, NPV) to support decision-making
• Deliver accurate, timely month-end reporting across group and site-level activities
• Translate financial insights into clear, actionable narratives for various stakeholders
• Provide ad hoc analysis and financial guidance to support successful project delivery

What you’ll bring:

• CIMA/CPA/ACCA qualifications
• Solid commercial finance experience - ideally from FMCG, supply chain and/or manufacturing
• Strong Excel skills and experience building detailed financial models
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to engage well with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills - ability to convey finance concepts to non-finance colleagues
• Comfort with complexity and a natural curiosity to understand how things work
• A proactive and self-driven mindset to drive things forward
