Customer Relationship & Growth Manager

About the Role

As Relationship & Growth Manager, you’ll take ownership of a defined customer portfolio, responsible for driving new customer acquisition, increasing lifetime value, and strengthening customer engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally to create and deliver tailored engagement strategies and customer experiences to grow revenue, deepen loyalty, and secure long-term relationships.
This role blends strategic insight with hands-on execution, perfect for someone who can balance data-driven planning with genuine, high-touch relationship management. You’ll identify new opportunities, cultivate key stakeholders, and craft compelling value propositions that align with customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver growth strategies to attract, convert, and retain high-value customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities in target customer segments.
  • Manage the end-to-end client relationship lifecycle, including engagement, retention, upsell, and renewal.
  • Deliver tailored communications, campaigns, and experiences that support strategic growth.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform strategy, drive performance, and optimise ROI.
  • Coordinate engagement activities, site visits, events, and proposals that highlight value.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage reporting on pipeline, activity, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and drive a consistent brand and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated success in B2C sales, account management, or relationship management roles.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Skilled in CRM systems and confident in managing data for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Experience in designing and delivering tailored customer communications and engagement activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with an eye for detail and persuasive storytelling.
  • Collaborative and self-motivated, able to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.
  • KPI-driven, commercially savvy, and energised by relationship-based selling.
