About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant sales individual to join our Sales team in a fulltime Field Sales Manager position.
This role is managing our South NSW Sales team, covering Dubbo, Orange, Wollongong, Nowra, Canberra and Wagga sales representatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the Field sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Implement strategies to support growth and retention objectives that align with the state strategy and balanced business plan.
  • Consult with key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Develop and maintain Supagas product knowledge.
  • Consult with Accounts Department regarding money owing/ stop supply.
  • Consult with Logistics and Customer Service Manager to maximize customer service.
  • Liaise and report on market moves and trends.
  • Consult with asset controller to achieve then maintain maximum bottle utilization.
  • Complete a monthly sales report within the required time frame.

Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in B2B solution prospecting
  • Experience in new business sales.
  • Experience in managing and developing a sales team.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.
