Your new role
In line with expansion and growth in the APAC region, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance and Operations Manager to join the team based in Sydney. You will implement a finance function in a relatively greenfield environment.
You’ll lead financial operations, manage reporting and cash flow, partner with internal teams to optimise productivity, and support commercial decisions, while championing efficiency, profitability, and scalability. You will play a key role in establishing sound financial reporting, analysis and commercial insight for the team. Additionally, you will drive clarity and consistency on analysis, bringing rigour and improvement to enable business growth.
About you
You are a CA/CPA-qualified Commercial Finance Manager with Senior finance or operations experience gained within an SME or small business. You have prior experience working in a scale-up, growth environment. You have experience in business partnering and are comfortable in a small and evolving business. You have a knack for strategic thinking and process improvement, strong commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset, a passion for purpose-driven work, and an agile mindset.
