About the Role:We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a not-for-profit allied health team in Tamworth.
- Support NDIS participants and private clients to achieve their goals using a strengths-based approach to therapy
- Adult and older adult caseload
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve functional capacity and independence
- Provide both individual and group OT training/intervention programs
- Conduct assessments and write reports
- Develop, monitor and adjust individualised treatment plans
- Collaborate with other therapists and professionals to ensure holistic care
- Provide/advise on low-vision techniques and strategies to improve their occupational performance on daily activities and improve quality of life

About You:
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Current membership with Occupational Therapy Australia
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current drivers licence
- Working with Children Check
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
