Globally, this organisation holds a leadership position in its markets of operation and is seeking to establish a similar position in Australia. This business is growing at speed, resulting in the ability to build your career at speed too.
You'll be working for a business that is predominantly B2B and 20% B2C. The organisation continues to have significant growth ambitions and is growing rapidly - it has almost doubled in size in the last 12 months and aims to double again in the next 12 to 24 months.
Your responsibilities...
  • Ability to take responsibility and drive the customer journey, and digital intervention capabilities
  • Test for the effectiveness of SMS and email campaigns
  • Implementation of Pardot - Configure, manage, and optimise to deliver email campaigns
  • Classic lead nurturing activities and strategies, including email nurture campaigns, scoring models
  • Customer segmentation and analysis of sales, behaviour and responsiveness to campaigns
  • Build out email templates and content, including working with landing pages to support your email campaigns
  • A/B testing and looking for incremental improvements
  • Data cleansing CRM management, and tagging
  • Compliance with relevant privacy legislation, such as GDPR etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance and insights, and deliver improvements based on the data
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to create effective integrated marketing campaigns

Your skills and experience...
  • Outstanding knowledge of marketing automation software, such as Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot etc.
  • Able to map a wide variety of customer journeys and know when some digital intervention adds value
  • Strong logic and process orientation for effective execution of marketing automation
  • Strong analytical skills - you are very comfortable diving into the analytics to build and tweak your strategy
  • Organisation and time management - This is a busy marketing department, so delivering to deadlines is essential!
  • Presentation and communication skills to discuss your activities with other cross-functional teams
  • Able to build a business case for budget spending and timelines for digital marketing execution
  • Ideally, B2B digital marketing experience
