They’re seeking a Venue Manager to lead operations at a successful flagship hospitality venue in Sydney's CBD . In this role, you'll split your time between driving community sales and events, and leading the team on-site.What’s in it for you?

- Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure the venue runs smoothly and hits its targets.
- Champion Your Community: Lead local engagement and build brand presence through events and partnerships.
- Grow the Business: Drive sales and strengthen community ties through targeted outreach and initiatives.
- Proven experience in QSR
- Drive-thru operations experience (highly regarded)
- Strong sales and business development experience, with a track record of driving growth and community engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams
- A passion for fostering a positive team culture and providing exceptional customer service
- Full working rights in Australia, an Australian driver’s license, and the ability to pass a National Police Check.
