About the Program:
The Qube Cadet Program sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to enter the logistics and/or transport industry via Qube.
This 2-year program sees cadets gain experience within various parts of the business.
Throughout the 2-year program, not only do we provide training and mentoring at every stage of development, there are also regular check-ins with the Qube team to ensure you stay engaged along your Qube journey.
The Role
As a junior member of the Shared Finance Services Team, you will be responsible for providing administration support across several key finance areas. There will be a strong focus on payroll data management, reporting and analysis; and day to day assistance with various team members.
However, the role will be heavily involved in the timely, accurate and compliant nature of payroll which revolve around EA’s, Awards, superannuation and tax.
Key Accountabilities
Assist with payroll administration duties including but not limited to; monthly payroll tax lodgments, EOM business reporting, payroll email inbox management, external LSL management, and ad hoc reporting requests. Oversee the corporate cards and expense reimbursement scheme includingReceive and validate corporate card applications;Lodge approved applications with the bank for credit cards to be issued;Receive and issue new cards to staff members;Update corporate cards and expenses information, including onboarding of employees into the Oracle ERP system;Monitor corporate cards use by cardholders in accordance with corporate cards policy and relevant manual;Process changes to corporate card credit limits including temporary and permanent limitsWork closely with Staff, Managers, Finance and Accounts Payable Team;Process and support the Shared Finance Services with administrative functions and other duties as required. Any other duties as directed by us

Desirable
Understanding of modern awards and industrial instrumentsUnderstanding of system processes to aid system administration of Oracle expense system. Experience with system implementation and/or process improvements.
