What’s the gig?
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll keep the venue running smoothly, from wowing our customers to inspiring a hardworking, fun-loving team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
- Oversee inventory and stock management.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met.
- Train, develop, and motivate your team.
- Assist in managing KPIs like Labour and COGs.
- Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR experience is a bonus!).
- A people person who loves to bring out the best in their team.
- Proactive, organised, and solution-focused.
