Our Field Staff Team Leaders oversee a local team to ensure our clients experience a 5 star experience each and everyday. You will be responsible for the operations and delivery of service to our clients within your region. Our industry leading management onboarding program will ensure you are setup for success within this role.Benefits When You Join The Team:

- Competitive salary based on experience: $70,000 to $80,000 + super.
- Domestic cleaning experience
- Management, Supervisor or Team Leader experience is preferred
- Your own car and a valid drivers’ licence
- Availability between Monday to Friday (no night or weekend work)
- Someone who takes pride in getting excellent results while working in a collaborative environment
