- Mentor practitioners at various levels, promoting continuous improvement in behaviour support practices
- Conduct peer review Behaviour Support Plans, providing constructive feedback to enhance service delivery
- Build strong partnerships with participants, families, and community stakeholders and promote support services
- Lead team meetings, fostering a culture of engagement and commitment values
- Adhere to all OH&S policies, ensuring a safe environment for staff and participants
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary practices for people with challenging behaviours
- MUST HAVE relevant qualification and registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at (proficient, advanced/specialist level)
- Experience in motivating and mentoring a team of practitioners
- Proficiency in electronic client management systems and data analysis
- Proven experience in managing a financially sustainable service
