Your New Role - Customer Service Specialist
As an Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibility will be orchestrating flawless logistics solutions that continually reflect our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and industry-leading service.
Your job duties & responsibility include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinating the movement and management of customer orders while working closely with overseas partners, service providers, and internal operations departments.
- Providing customers with regularly updated statuses of inbound orders and deliveries via order management systems and reports.
- Liaising with customers, carriers, service providers, and overseas partners.
- Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with customers and service providers.
- Providing direction and support to internal departments.
- Attending client visits when necessary.
- Providing quotations and maintaining client costings.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service or end-to-end Import Operations with an International Freight Forwarder.
- Customer Service Specialist experience
- Excellent knowledge of import operations and customs procedures.
- Strong relationship-building experience with excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is advantageous.
