About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team. This role provides essential support to our Financial Adviser team by preparing advice documents, conducting modelling, and contributing to a positive client outcome.
The Private Wealth team follow a holistic financial planning philosophy with a focus on our client’s individual goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include
Prepare quality and compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) Conduct thorough research and modelling to support tailored financial strategies Maintain accurate and compliant client records and documentation Ensure advice is prepared in accordance with licensee policies and guidelinesDemonstrate a thorough understanding of the advice process and proactively manage transactions and workflows associated with strategic recommendations.

Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning)Experience in paraplanning and/or CSO roleHave a robust understanding of compliance requirements and stay up to date with the latest developmentsMeticulous attention to detailYou're tech-savvy, quick to adapt to new technologies, and eager to learnExperience in Xplan/WealthEye or other financial planning softwareYou're confident in your communication and have excellent interpersonal skillsPassionate about learning and growing within a collaborative, professional environmentCommitted to upholding our core values of integrity, care, and progressAbility to apply a commercial focus and results driven.
