As a Senior Pharmacist, you’ll work closely with oncologists, haematologists, and palliative care teams, ensuring seamless medication management for complex treatment plans. Your day will involve working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based pharmaceutical care, offering expert guidance on cancer treatment protocols, and ensuring medication safety and effectiveness. You'll mentor junior pharmacists, engage in service improvement initiatives, and contribute to research and quality assurance efforts.
