What You Will Do
As a Credit Officer, you will work within a high-volume Receivables Team, playing a key role in maintaining strong cash flow through the collection of payments from customers. You will be responsible for managing a ledger of customers and supporting the overall collections process across the business.
More Specifically, You Will:

Credit & collection functions in the organisation
-
General data input
-
System reports
-
Receivable analysis
-
Cash receipts control
-
Bank account transaction processing
-
Liaising with external customers and coordinating those collection efforts with internal Contracts Administration personnel across our branch network

Ability to work independently, with a KPI-driven target rating

To hit the ground running, you will bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or collections.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in reaching out to clients

Demonstrated strong administrative and computer literacy skills

Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise work

A positive & team-oriented attitude, able to work as part of a team

Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel
