What You Will Do
As a Credit Officer, you will work within a high-volume Receivables Team, playing a key role in maintaining strong cash flow through the collection of payments from customers. You will be responsible for managing a ledger of customers and supporting the overall collections process across the business.

More Specifically, You Will:

  • Credit & collection functions in the organisation

  • General data input

  • System reports

  • Receivable analysis

  • Cash receipts control

  • Bank account transaction processing

  • Liaising with external customers and coordinating those collection efforts with internal Contracts Administration personnel across our branch network

  • Ability to work independently, with a KPI-driven target rating


What You Will Bring

To hit the ground running, you will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or collections.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in reaching out to clients

  • Demonstrated strong administrative and computer literacy skills

  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise work

  • A positive & team-oriented attitude, able to work as part of a team

  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel
