Position Requirements
A degree and relevant experience (or equivalent combination of training/experience).Placement experience exposure in a Work Integrated Learning environment highly regarded. Recruitment or sales experience combined with an administration background is advantageous.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.Proven ability to manage complex tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently within a fast paced environment.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.Confident to use business support tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, or corporate information systems).
