Due to exciting growth both in Australia and globally, we are seeking a Goods Receiving Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cooroy. If you’re detail-driven, safety-conscious, and ready to support the logistics that keep our aircraft mission-ready, this could be the role for you.
The Role
As the Goods Receiving Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant handling of aviation parts as they enter our facility. From unloading and inspecting deliveries to managing inventory records and supporting dispatch, you’ll be the key link between our suppliers, warehouse operations, and maintenance teams. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help keep our fleet flying and our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and unload incoming aviation parts, verifying accuracy against purchase orders. Inspect parts for damage or non-conformance and report issues in line with QA protocols. Store and handle aircraft components according to aviation regulations and internal procedures. Maintain accurate inventory and stock control using inventory systems. Ensure traceability and documentation compliance, including tagging, certification checks, and serial/part number records. Assist in regular stocktakes and support audit and compliance reporting. Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies or delivery issues. Coordinate with procurement to update on delivery timelines and backorder status. Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality control in all warehouse operations. Support dispatch, returns processing, and general warehouse duties. Work collaboratively with supply chain and maintenance teams to meet operational targets.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:
Previous experience in a warehouse, goods receiving, or logistics role (aviation background preferred). Cert IV in Warehousing and Transportation (or equivalent). Forklift license (desirable). Valid Australian driver's license. Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and accountability. A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well with others.
