CELOTTI WORKFORCE has an exciting opportunity for a Communication & Engagement Officer to work with our government sector client in Darwin, NT.About the Role:
An experienced communications professional to join the Office of Marketing & Comms team on a short‑term contract. You’ll step in to keep key projects on track while we recruit the permanent Officer.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute communications, marketing and engagement strategies.
- Write, edit and proof materials (publications, newsletters, brochures, media releases, web and social content).
- Coordinate advertising bookings across print and digital channels.
- Ensure all programs comply with brand, communication and procurement policies.
- Manage consultants and creative providers (designers, web developers, photographers, videographers, printers) to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of communications and marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic document management system
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and experience:
- 4 years in marketing or communications (or equivalent)
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).
- National Police Check (issued within past 3 months)
- Monday to Friday Work (8.00am start to 4.15 pm)
- Start Immediate
- Pay 48.93/hour + Penalties; Holiday Pay; OT (Weekly pay)
