Description:
CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a Store Manager with construction experience to support daily operations for a commercial client in Darwin, NT .This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the Director and take ownership across quoting, estimating, team leadership, and client engagement. You’ll lead the team when the Director is away and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
We’re looking for someone with strong construction industry knowledge, a knack for quoting, and the drive to step into a leadership role that feels like your own operation.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and support the team.
- Conduct onsite quoting and prepare accurate costings for commercial jobs.
- Build and maintain client relationships, assisting with new business development.
- Oversee shop floor activity and assist with customer enquiries as needed.
- Manage materials, timelines, and team workflows.
- Use systems and software to manage quoting and job tracking.
- Take part in ongoing training and upskilling (Cert IV provided outside work hours).
- Background in the construction industry – you understand project flow, timelines, and materials.
- Experience in quoting/estimating (commercial or trade-based projects ideal).
- Strong computer skills and confidence using quoting systems.
- Natural leader with a team-first mindset and solid communication skills.
- Willing to jump in where needed – from operations to customer service.
- Current driver’s licence.
