The Quality Team leads improvements in organisation wide program effectiveness, focusing on developing people, processes, and systems capacity. It is responsible for a range of tasks that include, but are not limited to, provision of administrative oversight for organisational accreditations, the controlled document system, continuous improvement projects, strategic planning and Clinical Governance.
About the Role
The position is responsible for administering the procedures and processes involved in the organisation’s-controlled document system and developing work practices and procedures to support the organisation’s accreditation systems such as conducting internal audits.
The role provides information to staff regarding the controlled document system and assists with staff queries. The position is responsible to ensure currency of controlled documents on the CCNT Intranet.
The position is also responsible for editing and formatting organisational documents such as policies, procedures, forms and reports.
What we are looking for- Formal qualifications in IT or equivalent with relevant experience
- Experience in document control and auditing processes
- High Level competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong interpersonal and communication skills including report writing, and the use of Infographics
- Experience in conducting internal Audits and involvement in external accreditation processes
- Administrative experience, with attention to detail, including Meeting Minute taking
