The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset—someone who thrives on challenging the status quo, sharing knowledge, and continuously seeking improvements.

Your expertise in payroll processing, compliance, and communication will help ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time while contributing to a culture of excellence.


Skills And Experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Payroll processing.
  • Ensure pay runs are calculated in accordance with relevant legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreement rates, allowances and higher duties changes and other relevant information.
  • Investigate complex pay anomalies, undertake calculations for special work arrangements and business requirements, ensuring appropriate tax treatment is applied, and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Assist workers with payroll related queries.
  • Champion and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

  • Payroll processing experience within a medium/large organisation.
  • Strong communicator who can positively interact with a wide variety of stakeholders with the confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • GreenTree system experience highly desirable.
  • Understanding of tax and employment laws.
  • Practice the ability to understand and apply legislation, policies, standards, regulations and procedures relevant to Payroll.
  • Customer focus, ability to resolve issues and foster collaboration and cooperation.
