Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer to provide high-quality IT support to clients across various industries, including Mining, Agriculture, and Professional Services. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, manage Microsoft 365 environments, and contribute to process improvements. This role offers a clear growth path, evolving into a Microsoft 365 specialist with a focus on automation and AI solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT problems efficiently.
- Manage service requests and document resolutions using PSA platforms.
- Perform Microsoft 365 administration and advanced PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Implement and manage Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
- Work with Power Platform and SharePoint to optimise client IT environments.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 and AI technologies to become a trusted consultant for clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve system performance and security.
- Assist with new client onboarding.
Role Requirements:
- Experience in a Level 2 helpdesk or service desk role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, PowerShell, and RMM tools.
- Knowledge of Power Platform and SharePoint for automation and collaboration.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) (highly regarded).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
