We have an exciting opportunity for a junior to join our team in Geraldton to work 4 hours every Saturday morning.
About the Opportunities:
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide memorable experiences for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:
Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods Assisting customers with pricing and product queries and processing counter sales Maintaining safety processes Assisting with merchandise campaign material Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have a great attitude and be motivated to learn from our experienced sales team. You will also demonstrate:
Great reliability every Saturday morning Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships. A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills. Excellent attention to detail. Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
