- HEWL 5: $74,401 - $84,388 (pro-rata) + up to 17% employer superannuation contributions.

WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE
As the Teaching Support Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of teaching and learning practices. You will facilitate the preparation of subject materials, maintain accurate subject study packages, and collaborate with teams across campuses to ensure alignment with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.You will provide administrative support for the processing of Honours applications, manage the coordination of intensive teaching schedules, and oversee the engagement of teaching session volunteers. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will ensure efficient and effective outcomes in these areas.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will allow you to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You’ll demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, along with confidence in using Microsoft Office and other digital systems or databases essential to the role.
You will have experience delivering high-quality customer service, especially in managing a high volume of enquiries. Your ability to resolve issues efficiently and provide clear, accurate advice will be key in supporting students and staff alike.
