THE POSITIONS:
The position would be suited to highly motivated and experienced mentor with a mind to impart knowledge and further development the Technical Team. If you are wanting to "get off the tools" and have previous experience working within a busy workshop this job is for you.
With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in your daily responsibilities and have the ability to work unsupervised to develop skill level strategies that exceed the Q&A standards. With leading edge technology, sophisticated equipment and highly trained technicians, you will have the opportunity to further develop their skills in a professional working environment.
To be successful within the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Relevant Trade qualifications; Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent

Mentor and further develop the Technician team

Skill development to create curiosity while growing the teams universal knowledge and expertise

Develop and excellent time management/organisational skills and attention to detail

A willingness to learn and an appetite for challenge;
-
Demonstrated workshop experience in detecting and diagnosing faults in engines and electrics. (preferred, but not essential);

C Class Manual Drivers Licence
