We are looking for a talented Onsite Service Technician - Field Service to join our Tamworth Team
Key Responsibilities
Work on critical mining projectsFirst responder to breakdown eventsFleet maintenanceFault diagnosticsDiverse range of engine repairs, both major and minorWorking autonomously as well as having the ability to work in a great team environmentWork with other major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as Hitachi, Komatsu, Liebherr. Etc.The face of Cummins at Customer Sites
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Relevant Heavy Diesel trade qualification - Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Plant Mechanic or Diesel Fitter (to Australian standards)Previous field service experience servicing and maintaining heavy diesel products, mining equipment, power generation on engines and similar applications is preferred (ideally with an OEM)[LJ4] Cummins Experience preferred but not essentialAbility to work autonomously as well as in a great team environmentA genuine commitment to workplace safetyA valid driver’s licenseGood interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
