What you'll be responsible for
Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager - you will be responsible for:
Contract Management - ensuring service delivery excellence, compliance with all requirements, and achievement of KPIs
Leading and developing site coordinators and operational teams while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholdersBuilding and maintaining senior client relationships and identifying growth opportunitiesStrategic planning and business development to drive continuous improvement and innovationFinancial management including contract performance reporting, budgeting, and commercial optimisation
What you'll need to be successful
3-5 years' experience in contract management preferably within resources sectorStrong commercial and business acumenDemonstrated success in stakeholder management and client relationshipsExcellent leadership and team development capabilitiesStrong safety focus and environmental awarenessRelevant qualification in Business Management or related field desirable but not essential
