Loganholme State School is seeking a focussed and dynamic Deputy Principal - Inclusion to join a committed leadership team on our journey to achieve best possible outcomes for all of our students. This role is offered on a temporary full-time basis, for a period of 12 months unless otherwise determined.
Within this role you will have the opportunity to: promote an inclusive culture and practices within the school community to ensure equity and excellence for students with disability. Develop and support a high quality of teaching and adjustments for students with disability.

About the Role
As the Deputy Principal - Inclusion you will lead a team of inclusion teachers who support student wellbeing and provide curriculum adjustments to ensure all learners have the opportunity to be successful.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
