What’s the role?

This is a permanent full-time role based in our Sydney HQ , with hybrid flexibility (2 days per week in the office) . You’ll be part of UNITE , a business-led, tech-enabled transformation focused on simplifying how we deliver value. As Westpac builds its Digital Banking capability, this is your opportunity to help shape the foundation of a team creating world-class digital experiences used by millions of Australians every day.

What do I need?

  • Strong experience developing enterprise-level desktop and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in .NET (C#, WCF, MVC, APIs), plus front-end tools like React, HTML, CSS, and NodeJS
  • Solid understanding of both relational (T-SQL) and non-relational databases
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methods, RESTful API design, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins)
  • A collaborative approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for clean, scalable code
