The Role
We are looking for a Project Engineer who has helped deliver complex civil infrastructure projects for a permanent role with one of our best clients. You will be responsible for leading and supervising multiple Graduate and Site Engineers on a major road and bridge construction job with a heavy emphasis on concrete structures and drainage works to TMR specifications. Successful candidates for the job will be rewarded with a top base salary to $155k plus car and project completion bonuses.
The Company
Our client has two newly awarded multi-million-dollar road and bridge projects in Townsville. In this role you will join a well-structured project you will have direct reporting lines to Senior Project Engineers and a Project Manager with decades of experience on some of the region's biggest civil projects. This Tier 2 civil contractor has one of the lowest rates of staff turnover and will look at Site Engineers looking to step up to Project Engineer, then help progress those to Senior Project Engineer.
