About the Show & Office The Lu & Jarch Drive Show is new, bold, and already making noise across the country — airing weekdays from 2pm–4pm from June 10 . Known for being unfiltered, hilarious, and occasionally chaotic (again, in a good way), Lu & Jarch will bring high-energy, low-filter fun to the arvos on Triple M. You’ll be based in our Sydney office above World Square — just a 5-minute walk from Town Hall Station — surrounded by a team that’s creative, collaborative, and not afraid to try new things. We’re looking for someone who’s creative, organised, a little bit chaotic (in a good way), and thrives in fast-moving, high-energy environments. This is a rare opportunity to shape a national show from the ground up — and have a laugh while doing it. A day in the life? As Executive Producer of the Lu & Jarch Drive Show, your day starts by aligning with the team on the afternoon’s content—finalising run sheets, managing guests, and making sure every segment is sharp, relevant, and on-brand. You’ll work closely with Lu, Jarch, and the broader content team to shape the show’s direction, contribute creative ideas, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll coach and support producers, provide feedback, and help develop new systems and strategies for planning and execution. Staying across market trends and competitor moves is part of your daily rhythm, as is working with the Content Director to ensure compliance, minimise risk, and uphold broadcast standards. What You’ll Need
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Producer or Executive Producer working on a similar fast-paced radio show
- Ability to coach, develop and manage producers and on-air talent
- Sharp editorial judgment and a passion for creating funny, bold, audience-first content
- Great instincts when it comes to live radio risk (and how to handle it)
- A love of brainstorming, planning and working in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of compliance, pre-recording policies, and delay systems
- Familiarity with tools like Zetta, GSelector, Pro Tools or similar (nice to have)
- Social media know-how and an eye for content that resonates with our audience
