About the Location
Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This position is full-time, 38 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain public open spaces and gardens to a high standard (lawns, hedging, pruning, weeding, mulching, replanting).
- Perform general repairs and maintenance across accommodation and communal areas.
- Manage grounds and maintenance budget and report financial concerns.
- Coordinate servicing and repairs of tools/equipment; maintain maintenance register.
- Empty rubbish bins and maintain cleanliness of public areas, including pool (if applicable).
- Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests and escalate when needed.
- Maintain respectful, professional conduct at all times.
- Overnight shifts and weekend work required.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a similar grounds/maintenance role.
- Full 'C' class driver’s licence.
- Strong leadership, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Available for weekend and overnight shifts.
