The Role
As a Spotlight Fill Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervise a team of up to 4 stock team members.
- Ensure all stock is received and replenished in a timely manner.
- Manage stock receiving process
- Support the Store Manager with your stock experience and expertise.
- Adhere to OH & S policies & procedures.
- Provide high level of customer service to our customers
The Ideal Candidate
- High Volume or Big Box stock volume management is required
- Experience with supervising a small team
- A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals
- Strong time management, delegation and follow up skills
- Experience within warehousing environments is also highly desired for this role
- 50hrs per fortnight part time contract with hours from 4pm-9pm Monday-Friday.
