As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for clients with communication and swallowing difficulties. You will work closely with clients of all ages, including children and adults, to develop individualized treatment plans and support their communication and swallowing goals.St Albans is a vibrant and diverse suburb located in Melbourne's Western suburbs. The Role:
- Structure your day and caseload how you choose - focus on supervision and leadership or a clinical client focused caseload
- Supervising, mentoring and training providing to new graduate and early career Speech Pathologists
- Reduced or minimal caseload based on your supervision responsibilities
- Hybrid working - see clients from their clinic in St Albans or at their homes
- Mixed caseload (children- adults), with options to tailor to your preference or area of specialty
- Travel to clients contained within a 30-minute radius from your home
- Assess and treat a wide range of disabilities within the NDIS including eating and drinking, such as chewing and swallowing problems, difficulties understanding language, or support with non-verbal communication
- Be hands-on and share your knowledge to help develop and mentor colleagues within your discipline
- Participate in team meetings on a monthly basis
- Earn between $90,000-$125,000 + super (depending on your experience level)

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience
