What your day will look like:

• Manage a portfolio of claims from lodgement to resolution
• Assess claims for reasonable and appropriate treatment and rehabilitation needs
• Investigate claims and interpret medical documents with a focus on proactive claims management
• Ensure legislative compliance timeframes are met in conjunction with following all internal policies and procedures
• Provide an excellent level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
• Calculate settlement offers, negotiate settlements and attend settlement conferences with lawyers and Counsel
• Display behaviours that contribute and drive a positive culture

What we're looking for:

• Experience that Counts in CTP claims, allied health professions and lawyers.
• Empathy and Compassion for our customers, understanding their unique situations.
• Communication Prowess enabling you to build rapport, convey complex information, and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders, including claimants, third-party providers, external bodies, and internal teams.
• Administrative Skills leveraging Suncorp’s technology systems and platforms to effectively manage all aspects of each claim within the framework of State legislation
