With a tight-knit team and a reputation for excellence, they're looking for a proactive and organised Operations Officer/Manager to elevate their internal operations and support continued growth.
The Opportunity:
Step into a vital operations role where you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing real estate team. Working closely with the Directors and team, you’ll take ownership of systems, processes, and day-to-day operations to keep the business running smoothly. This is the perfect role for someone who loves structure, variety, and being the go-to person. You’ll manage CRM and compliance, support agents and property managers, assist with contracts, property packs and marketing, and keep social media on track. No two days will look the same!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Streamlining systems, workflows, and team processes
- Supporting 5 agents + 2 property managers with admin, contracts & anniversaries plus more
- Coordinating marketing, social media, and proofing campaigns
- Managing CRM, meetings, onboarding/offboarding, and supplier comms
- Real estate/property industry experience
- Great attention to detail & time management
- Confident with Canva, Microsoft Office & CRMs
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and team-first attitude
- Salary up to $90K + Super (based on experience)
