Job Description
Join a high performing team at the heart of one of Australia’s leading open cut coal operations. Due to an internal promotion, we are searching for a CHPP Manager who thrives on accountability, leads with purpose, whilst ensuring coal quality and plant efficiency.
THE ROLE
As a member of the Site Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager/SSE, you will implement strategies and lead the department to optimise processes that maximise the performance of the CHPP asset at Hail Creek. Your expertise within a processing, mechanical or electrical maintenance discipline will help you lead a large department that is motivated to achieve results, both operationally and culturally.
About You
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive coal processing and leadership experience.Highly motivated and energised individual with prior experience in senior leadership roles.The ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships through proven leadership skills, combined with sound qualifications and business acumen to achieve success.Be able to demonstrate a proven record of performance, continuous improvement and quality assurance through relevant experience managing large, diverse, and highly skilled workforces.Comprehensive knowledge of financial and commercial principles.
