What You’ll Be Doing:
Requires a strong HR all-rounder to be the HR business partner for Iluka Project (office based), specifically:
• Embedded into Iluka leadership team to assist with all people matters for the project.
• Support all annual HR processes led by main office (salary review, OOC, Performance Assessments).
• Monitor and manage expat/inpat processes including for Vietnam.
• Support managers with HR processes: poor performance, investigations, grievance management.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Support managers with Thrive actions (Success Factors).
• Perform any HR admin required for the project.
• Interface with the client regarding reporting or any issues that arise.
• Short regular site visits will be required on a DIDO basis to support site team (eg. once a month).Application Process:
