Time & Attendance Administrator | Northern Parramatta | Permanent | Up to $105k Incl. SuperMy client are a leading FMCG company with a large portfolio of products and a global presence. They are currently looking to bring an experienced Time & Attendance Adminstrator into the team to ensure all employees are paid correctly.
This is a full-time, permanent role with 2 days WFH .
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee time records in timekeeping and HR systems ( Kronos, SuccessFactors ).
- Monitor time entries for accuracy and compliance with Enterprise Agreements, resolving discrepancies.
- Process multiple time/attendance-related activities within required timelines.
- Respond to employee inquiries on timekeeping, attendance, and leave policies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with EAs and relevant legislation.
- Generate timekeeping reports for HR and leadership teams.
- Assist with change management and training related to new processes or systems.
- Monitor system interfaces and ensure seamless operation across time and payroll systems.
- Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g. Kronos, SuccessFactors ).
- Strong understanding of time and attendance processes.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
- Customer service oriented.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
