Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries (email, phone, in-person) with professionalism and clarity
- Coordinate swim school administration including bookings, payments, and schedule management
- Manage front desk duties including reception, check-ins, and general support
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, and swim coaches
- Maintain accurate records and support backend systems and reporting
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and organised centre atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Calm, mature, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Previous experience in an aquatic, sporting, or education setting is highly desirable
- Confidence with booking systems, email correspondence, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
