About the Role
PSD Energy is seeking an experienced Telehandler Operator to join our team on a large-scale renewable energy project. You will play a key role in supporting site operations and ensuring the efficient movement of materials and equipment while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a telehandler safely and efficiently on-site.
- Loading, unloading, and distributing materials as required.
- Assisting with general labouring tasks when not operating the telehandler.
- Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Following all WHS procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinating with site supervisors, contractors, and team members.
Skills & Experience
- Valid Telehandler TV License or CN License.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience operating a telehandler in construction, solar farms, or civil projects.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Strong understanding of site safety protocols and manual handling techniques.
- Ability to work in a team and follow site instructions.
- High level of reliability and commitment to safety standards.
- Experience in renewable energy, solar farms, or civil construction (desirable).
