What will you be doing in this role:
Step out of property management or admin into a blended role that will see you manage buyers, attend open homes, photo shoots and look after sales admin.
- Book and attend photoshoots
- Schedule pest and building, valuation and private inspections
- Prepare open and auction packs
- Order contracts
- Manage all exchange and settlement communication
- Prepare just listed and sold flyers
- Database management
- Prepare marketing materials
- Buyer call backs and manage buyer inquiry
- Attend open homes and private inspections
- Current Certificate of Registration
- A drivers license and reliable car
- 12 months real estate experience
- Confident communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
- Sharp presentation as you will be client facing
