  • Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 + annual CPI increases (4% this year)

About the role
This role targets corporate fleet managers nationwide, with 2-4 nights of interstate travel per month. It combines cold calling, account management, and basic LinkedIn marketing, with support from a Marketing Manager. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM skills (e.g., HubSpot) are a plus, and no existing network is required—just drive and initiative!
Duties
  • Role targets corporate fleet managers nationwide
  • Some interstate travel (2–4 nights/month, max 2 nights away at a time)
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills needed (CSV handling
  • Basic LinkedIn marketing (personal profile use, simple ads)
  • Light marketing support from in-house team
  • 50% cold calling to new and lapsed customers
  • Some account management responsibilities
  • Daily order handling at start, then passed to support team
  • HubSpot or similar CRM experience preferred
  • Open to candidates without an existing client network
  • Someone with experience selling into automotive dealerships, fleet management companies, corporate fleet buyers, and vehicle leasing/FMO sectors is highly regarded
Skills and experience
  • Strong communication and cold calling skills
  • Account management experience
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn marketing skills
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot)
  • B2B sales experience in automotive/fleet sectors
  • Willing to travel
  • Self-motivated and organized
Benefits

  • Flexible working hours – standard hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, within office hours of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Use of own vehicle when required, reimbursed as needed
