Snapshot of the role: You'll work closely with senior leaders and project teams, helping shape the external brand and contribute directly to securing future work. Key responsibilities include:

Social Media & Content Creation - Showcase completed and ongoing projects through engaging, professional content

Bid & Tender Coordination - Collate and curate compelling submissions including project profiles, team bios, and case studies

Marketing & Communications Support - Assist with internal comms and marketing campaigns

Design & Brand Management - Ensure visual consistency across all outputs, including graphics for tenders using Adobe InDesign

Creative Input - Contribute ideas, storytelling, and visual flair to a passionate and dynamic team.
About you: We're looking for a detail-driven and creative communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment. To be successful, you'll need:
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, graphic design or bids (construction highly regarded)
✔ Strong written and visual communication skills - grammar and layout matter to you
✔ Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential
✔ A proactive approach and ability to juggle competing priorities
✔ A sharp eye for detail and a passion for branding
